Privacy policy

We collect personal data in one situation only: when you choose to send us an enquiry through the contact form or by email.

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your company, if you provide it
• The content of your message

We do not ask for a phone number, and no field is required beyond what is needed to reply to you.

Enquiry details are used to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a potential engagement. We do not use them for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share them with third parties.

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email. They are not written to a database on this website, and this website holds no customer records.

Once delivered, an enquiry lives in our business email system for as long as the commercial conversation and our record-keeping obligations require, and is deleted after that.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, runs no analytics or session-recording scripts, and embeds no third-party content such as social widgets, video players, or chat tools.

Because there is no non-essential tracking, there is no consent banner. If that changes, this section will be updated and consent will be requested before any tracking is set.

Our hosting platform records standard technical request logs, which may include IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and user-agent string. These are used to operate the service, diagnose faults, and detect abuse such as automated form submissions, and are retained only as long as needed for those purposes.

You can ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email service@ninetyxtech.com and we will action the request.

You can also simply not use the contact form: our email address is published on this site, and a direct email gives you the same route with no form involved.

Questions about this policy, or about how we handle your data, go to service@ninetyxtech.com. NinetyX is based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
