Delivery pipelines that stop a bad change before release
We build the path from merge request to production: Terraform for the infrastructure, security and quality gates in the pipeline, and one image promoted through SIT, UAT and PROD. Every failed gate reaches the team that owns it.
Services
What this practice covers
Each service has its own page: the problems it addresses, what we set up, what you keep and how the work runs.
Cloud-native DevOps on Kubernetes
One image built per change, Helm charts per service, and a GitOps controller that promotes it from SIT to UAT to PROD on Kubernetes.
CI/CD pipelines with enforced gates
Pipelines that run unit tests, SCA, SAST, quality and image scans in cost order, and send every failed gate to the team that owns it.
Infrastructure as code with Terraform
Terraform modules, a plan reviewed on every merge request, applies only from the pipeline, and drift reported before it becomes an incident.
Security gates inside the pipeline
SCA, SAST, image scanning, DAST and a penetration test placed as pipeline gates, each result owned by development, QA or security.
What you keep
What your team keeps when the work ends
Code, pipelines, runbooks and decision records that outlast the engagement, held in your repositories and owned by your team.
A single promotion path across environments
One image built per change and promoted from SIT to UAT to PROD, with the approver for each step named and every promotion recorded as a reviewed merge.
Reusable pipeline templates
Shared pipeline definitions in your repositories that a new service includes rather than copies, so every team gets the same build, test, scan and release stages.
Terraform modules and state layout
Modular Terraform with state split by environment and component, a plan posted to the merge request for review, and applies run only by the pipeline.
Security gates with named owners
SCA, SAST, image scanning and DAST configured as blocking stages, each finding routed to development, QA or security, and secrets issued from HashiCorp Vault at deploy time.
Code quality gates
A SonarQube quality gate that fails the merge when coverage or new issues cross the thresholds your leads agree, rather than a dashboard nobody opens.
Observability and automated testing
Metrics, alerts, log aggregation and dashboards for each service, plus automated test suites kept in the pipeline, so a release is judged on evidence before it reaches PROD.
How we work
How the work is sequenced
Short phases, each closed by a review your team signs off, so priorities can change between phases without reopening finished work.
01
Trace how changes ship today
We follow a change from a developer’s machine to production and record every manual step, credential and handoff. That map decides which gates come first and which existing tools stay.
02
Agree the gates and their owners
With your engineering leads we agree the environments, the gate order, who owns each result and what happens when a gate fails. Each decision is written down before any tooling is configured.
03
Build the path for one service
One real service goes through the full path first: Terraform, pipeline template, scans, quality gate and promotion. Problems surface there, where they are cheap to fix, before other teams adopt it.
04
Roll out through the templates
Further services adopt the shared templates, with your engineers doing the work and ours reviewing it. A gate can start in report mode and become blocking once a team has cleared its existing findings.
05
Hand over the platform
Your platform team takes ownership of the templates, modules, dashboards and runbooks. The runbooks cover how to change a gate threshold and how to ship an urgent fix when a gate blocks it.

Omnichannel banking on Microsoft Azure, private by default
An omnichannel banking platform on Azure: one controlled edge for every channel, workloads on AKS, and data services reached only through private endpoints.
We delivered a scalable, secure and efficient application architecture on Microsoft Azure. Every channel enters through one controlled edge and every data service is reachable only through a private endpoint,…

Security gates inside every pipeline, not after them
A DevSecOps delivery platform with GitLab, Jenkins and Argo CD on GKE, where every quality and security check is a pipeline gate owned by a named team.
The platform is designed to let teams release more often without letting security and quality review fall behind. Because checks run inside the pipeline and every failure reaches its owner…

Tell us how your teams ship today and which checks run after release. We will suggest where the first gates should go and what your team keeps.
